This workshop was a follow up to a series of focus group forums and training arranged by The SAEL Movement between the period of November 2003 to June 2004. This training session was yet another step forward to achieve our goal, “to create a progressive culture rather than training an individual or group of individuals”

This session was intended to understand and apply “Brain Storming Techniques”, to intrigue high level critical thinking in students at all levels and for problem solving in all subject areas. Brain Storming Techniques not only helps to cope with professional delicacies but also facilitates in managing stress constructively in a wider perspective.

Mr. M Khaleeq (session's facilitator) comprehensively discussed the process to enhance analytical thinking through brain storming. Participants were then divided in three individual groups to brain storm and mind map weaknesses, strengths and strategies to come up with the solutions for given problem. Each group prepared a small presentation which was followed by the question and answer session.
