Spend 15 minutes for a better future ( 23rd May, 2003 - July 2003)

The SAEL movement aims to identify the key factors, strengths and weaknesses of our current education system, analyzing from the primary to the secondary level. Around, 30,000 questionnaires would be initially spread in the area of Lahore city only, to investigate the issue in detailed depth. The average measured testing time is 10-15 minutes (hence the name: "Spend 15 Minutes for a Better Future”). This research campaign will enable the movement getting the first hand information feedback and face to face communication with 30,000 individuals that are part of the city's high profile educational institutes. The target market to hit for this exciting venture composes mainly parents of students (educating in the registered top graded private & public institutes at secondary level of education), secondary students (of either sex), parents of children who are studying in primary level, parents of children who are yet to enroll in either montessories or kindergartens, teachers and the institute heads.

The SAEL team of (initially) 50 members (including permanent, temporary, internees and contractual staff) will visit schools, public area, parks, clubs, restaurants and markets to get 15 minutes of serious concentration from the target market. No commercial help has been taken from any market research agencies to maximize the accuracy and to confirm the actual reach to the target market.
